March 18 2006 update

This first test will simplify the design by adding extra air space inside the rocket so that the loop stability can be achived by a simple spring system.
The case is simply threadded togeather and the nozzle is a tapered hole with a tapered wedge pushed into it.
 This version will not achive the best thrust, however it willl demonstrate the concept.
